Iam a new recruited employee as JTO in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited India, when recruitment as per the notification, we have to work for technical works in the organization.
But now after posting into field units, we are working in marketing which is non compatible for our degree and knowledge, where our designation, roles and responsibilities are not considered, How does we rectify this?
