Career with many different job profiles

0

I work in VLSI industry and there are dozen of different job profiles available in the field.

Job gets repetitive approximately in two to three years. Given the scope and requirement of industry a given profile doesn't seem to be vast enough to keep learning going on.

To keep the mind from becoming a xerox machine producing multiple copies of work, I wish to learn all profiles that match my Masters degree.

Consider I complete working 3 years in Job profile A , When I attempt interview for Job Profile B for the same position 3 years of experience in profile B is asked. Also, interviewer asks reason to switch team/company. How to answer these questions?
