Job Change To a IT MNC
Am From India,
i have a Doubt in my career, of what am doing.Am a BE Graduate in Computer Science. That not the point here. My Point is about my Carrier. i First Started as a Researcher Data Analyst in Database Company, and i worked their for around 10months and i Revealed in March 2018 . After that in April itself i Got a Job in a Startup as Software Test Engineer, Till now Working Their only around 10 months. But While Working Their, i Got Job offer as Test Engineer in a Leading IT MNC company with 100% Package, When Compared To This Company.
But After Getting The Offer, Their are Keeping me under 6 Months Probation. if anything Goes Wrong i will be kicked out of Company Immediately. Please Advice Me ,Shall i wait Some More Time or it is the Right Time.
Big Confusion Around Me! Why because, if you look back at my experience their will experience in Months Only , not Years.. :(
