Gmina Małkinia Górna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrów Mazowiecka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Małkinia Górna, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south-east of Ostrów Mazowiecka and 90 km (56 mi) north-east of Warsaw.


The gmina covers an area of 134.08 square kilometres (51.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,224 (12,048 in 2013). It contains the site of the World War II Treblinka extermination camp.
