How to ask the future employer to not inform my current employer about our negotiations?
I have just joined an IT company since 2 month ago, meanwhile my previous employer sent a negative feedback about me to my current employer.
I wish to leave this company because, it seems that my managers are highly negative about me. Recently, i have figure out, that one of the top managers has asked a team lead to talk harshly to me. I do not think, talking harshly helps to solve any problem. I am quit new in the company, and trying to do my best.
But, i am wondering, if i start some negotiations with a new employer, how may i ask them to not check my background based on my 2 previous employers?
